After ELDT: The Knowledge Tests You'll Take

Yes. Each endorsement test is taken separately at your state licensing office, in any order, once that course's completion appears in the registry. You don't have to do all three at once.
Was I grandfathered in if I got my CDL before February 2022?+
You're exempt from ELDT for the license class you already hold — but adding a Hazmat, Passenger, or School Bus endorsement for the
first time still requires ELDT theory, no matter how long you've been driving.
